Other: Sephiroth is the strongest SOLDIER, a final boss, etc, etc. Hence why most of his rankings are S. Wisdom is split into two because while in a position where he's being a soldier, he's very good at understanding situations, making good choices, and all that. However OUTSIDE of that, he's . . . well, pretty average. He's not a people person, and while he does TRY and have friends in canon before NIBELGEDDON, he's just . . . kind of average on the wisdom related to socializing front.

And as for Will, well. Nibelheim is a very good example of how easily he easily he falls under Jenova's influence - but it's also an A grade, because AFTER that Jenova wants him to do something, but HE turns it around like he came up with the idea and is Very Determined to follow it through to please motherrrrr.
